Why can’t I order your music and a t-shirt in the same order?

We are using a company called Printful to print all our t-shirts and other clothing items. They are located in and shipping from the USA. The rest of the shop items we ship from Helsinki, Finland. If you want items from both locations you need to pay the shipping costs for 2 shipments. Our webshop cannot calculate the combined shipping costs so the only way is to place two separate orders. Sorry ­čÖé

 

Are you shipping from Europe or USA?

All Music & Specialty products are shipped from Finland, Europe.

Apparel & Merchandise is shipped by Printful and they have 2 locations: California, USA and Riga, Latvia. Depending on your delivery address the order is fulfilled in either of those locations. However some products might be only available for shipping only from USA (bags and caps currently). You may still order products from both Printful locations in the same order. Please pay attention to your local import customs and taxes.

 

How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Since Printful printed products are all printed on demand we cannot allow full refunds unless the product is misprinted/damaged/defective. Please see the product sizing chart first before buying. If you ordered a wrong size we can sell another size of the same or different product with -50% discount + shipping charges and you get to keep both items. In case you ordered a wrong size you must contact us at freeweightsband@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery of the order.
